1992 8/02 - 23/02 - Albertville (France)
Only 2 days at the site on the occasion of the first olympic games that I attended. The start of a beautiful habit. Many exchanges of pins in the tent especially set up by Coke. An ambiance with no match, fantastic!

1994 12/02 - 27/02 - Lillehammer (Norway)
3 days with Oslo as a base at a youth hostel. The end result, 2 hours by train each way the first day, but only 90 minutes the next two days thanks to a meeting with two French collectors that made room for me in their vehicle. Much more convenient! A lot of pins were traded at the Espace Coca-Cola and met with many collectors of many different countries with which we make contact at each Olympic Games that follow.

1994 7/10 - 9/10 - Lausanne (Switzerland)
1st Olympic World Fair (Olympic Museum)
A rendezvous impossible to miss for all the enthusiastic Olympic collectors from all over the world, the unforgettable meetings in a marvelous site located on the top floor of the Olympic museum with a terrace with a spectacular view on the lake Léman. Events are organized such as the striking by the visitors themselves of a small dated medal with the logo of the Olympic museum.

1995 6/10 - 8/10 - Lausanne (Suisse)
2nd Olympic World Fair (Musée Olympique)
1 year later, same place, same ambiance. Always the striking of the small medal.

1996 19/07 - 4/08 - Atlanta (United States)
A 17 days stay this time, with one week in a youth hostel (not terrible, but one will not complain!), 20 minutes from of the center in the subway and the remainder of time, in a rented van on a camping site. Very hot weather, with a very high humidity. When it rains, it rains! Seeing many collectors, an unexpected meeting with a French gold medalist , Edgard Grospiron, who was working for Canal + during the Games. Despite the attack on the ninth day, the atmosphere remained good and the security checks were not too restrictive.

1997 28/03 - 30/03 - Lausanne (Switzerland)
3th Olympic World Fair (Olympic Museum)
That year, an unforgettable meeting with a great man, Jean-Claude Killy, of an extreme delicacy. Daley Thompson, two time decathlon medalist in 1984 and 1988 is also present.

1998 7/02 - 22/02 - Nagano (Japan)
The fantastic Olympics, in a country where the resident happily accepted to host their foreign visitors. A stay in a typical youth hostel (due to a matter of finances!) of the country, located 20 minutes by foot of the city center. Curious, but nevertheless very convenient.

1998 24/11 - 29/11 - Rio de Janeiro (Brazil)
4th Olympic World Fair
50 international collectors were invited by the Olympic national committee of Brazil to exhibit during 5 days to the hotel Sofitel Rio Palace, on the beach of Copacabana. An extraordinary souvenir with a grand reception. There were only a few exchanges with the local population, unfortunately, because the site didn't lends itself to collectors, Brazil never never having had the chance to organize Olympic Games. Hovewer, many schools are invited to visit the exposition and the bonds are tightened between the collectors.
